1. What types of accommodations do you offer?

We offer spacious RV sites with 20/30/50 amp service and tent sites for a more traditional camping experience. Our RV sites are suitable for daily, weekly, and monthly stays.

2. Are pets allowed at the ranch?

Yes, pets are welcome at Last Chance RV Ranch. We ask that all pets be kept on a leash and supervised while on the property, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

3. Is fishing allowed in the lake?

Absolutely! Our 12-acre lake is a fantastic spot for fishing. Guests are encouraged to bring their own fishing gear.

4. Do you provide Wi-Fi or internet access?

We offer Wi-Fi services for our guests. However, many of them appreciate the opportunity to disconnect and fully immerse themselves in the serene natural beauty of our ranch.

5. Can I bring my boat?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your boat, kayak, and canoes. Please observe all safety guidelines while boating.

6. Are there any walking or hiking trails nearby?

Yes, we have walking paths throughout our property for you to enjoy a peaceful stroll or a brisk walk amidst nature.

7. What amenities are included with my stay?

Your stay includes access to power and water at your site, use of our restrooms and shower house, and access to all our recreational facilities like the fishing lake,  and walking paths.

8. Is horse boarding available?

No, we do not offer horse boarding.

9. What is the cancellation policy?

We do not collect cash for reservations. Please note that cancellations should be made by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

11. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our property operates without specific check-in or check-out times. Should you require flexibility with your arrival or departure, please inform us, and we will strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

12. Is there a store or restaurant nearby?

"While we don't have a store or restaurant on-site, there are several options within a short driving distance, including Walmart, which is just a few miles away. Our team is happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences.
